Be The Change: How Leaders from Marginalized Populations Can Drive Progress In Their Field
Learners will understand the importance of fostering systemic change to mitigate the disparities that create disproportionate difficulties for marginalized groups to thrive.
Learners will define who systemically marginalized professionals are and identify the systemic, structural, industrial, and cultural factors that perpetuate their disadvantage.
Learners will recognize the direct, real-world impacts of professional marginalization on wealth-building areas like wages, retirement, home ownership, and education.
Learners will learn specific, actionable steps marginalized leaders can take to drive progress, such as mentoring underrepresented groups, hiring and promoting qualified marginalized employees, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Learners will discover ways to further support these communities by volunteering for or donating to relevant organizations, prioritizing marginalized small businesses in their budgets, and ensuring diverse representation in organizational communications.
Learners will review real-world examples of marginalized leaders who have successfully opened doors and paved the way to create positive change for others.

1. MUST HAVE a completed degree (Associates or higher) from a university, college or seminary in one of the following fields OR 3+ years of documented relevant work experience:

2. Must complete the above Holistic Humanity Advocate (H.Hum.Ad-Bc)™ credential course and purchase the on-demand $97 qualifying exam (30 questions with an 80% being the minimum passing score).
3. Submit an application with your completed exam here to receive your board certification from The Holistic Healing Source for Marginalized Society (May take up to 4 weeks to be processed and reviewed by the board.)
