This is a barrier to holistic healing as research has proven that progress increases greatly when people pair individual healing work with treatment sessions led by a professional practitioner, counselor, or therapist. Because of this, we have invested 100+ hours of labor and several hundred dollars into producing this library of complimentary mental health focused and spiritually informed e-books.

Printing Instructions


To get the most of these, we recommend printing them! To do so at a low cost, follow these steps below:
  1. Download the PDF's to your device.
  2. Print and 3-hole punch the PDF's at home, a friend's, a community center or a public library. You can also do this at a local FedEx Office for a slightly higher price, however, the quality also matches the increased cost. Average cost per page (color) ranges from 10 cents to 30 cents depending on where you print. Please copy pages that you want to use more than once.
  3. Purchase a 3-hole binder with a plastic cover sleeve and insert the pages into the binder. Estimated cost is $2-5 USD per binder.
