Free Faith-Based/Spiritual Holistic Mental Health Support Group (Virtual)
- Open to the public upon submitting a brief questionnaire. We invite members of all religions, races, gender identities, sexual orientations and political associations to join our group and benefit from our content and membership. You belong here. All we require is that you agree to be kind, respectful, non-judgemental, supportive and engaged in the group. We are an interfaith/nondenominational support group and hold our members to high standards of being accepting of the positive spiritual practices of each member, no matter how different they are from your own. This is not a place to preach or convert people to your personal religion.
- Free Monthly* Live Group Counseling and Spiritual Enlightenment Sessions via Google Meet - Hosted once a month on a Saturday or Sunday morning (depending on the Founder's availability) with at least 2 week's notice for members to save the date.
- Monthly Opening Lesson Presentation portion is the first ~30 minutes.
- After the lesson, attendees are allowed to ask questions relevant to the subject for guidance or comfort within the group call.**

- Free Monthly Self-Help Exercises designed to help users organize, strategize and execute their goals in accordance with the monthly spiritual enlightenment session topics
* We believe in QUALITY over QUANTITY for our community's experience. Thus, we only host our live group counseling and spiritual enlightenment sessions monthly to ensure that the material covered is relevant, engaging, well researched and actionable.
